Born on December 31, 1880, George Catlett Marshall was hailed as the "Organizer of Victory" by Winston Churchill. He was the United States Army Chief of Staff for Franlin Roosevelt in WWII, and he addressed the awful issue of reestablishing the economic and social structure of Europe.
